Rule 114
Preshipment inspection
(1) If it is necessary to inspect the pre-shipment of the goods to be purchased from abroad, the public body may appoint its representative in that country and conduct such inspection.
(2) When appointing a representative in accordance with sub-rule (1), the appointment shall be made in accordance with the procedure laid down in the Act and this regulation.
